Coding up a simple and clean website from scratch does not need to be a difficult or time consuming task. Today we're going to be taking a PSD file and turning it into a valid XHTML/CSS template. The files used to create the template are downloadable at the end of the article (PSD included).

There are only nine steps involved in the entire tutorial, so it shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes to run through and see how each of the steps are done. Let's get started!
